Amid the year-round celebration of the 150th Jubilee of our Congregation, a beautiful day of celebration also arrived in Nazareth, in the Holy Land.
On Saturday, November 15th, at 10:00 a.m., we had the joy of celebrating in the Basilica of the Annunciation. The Holy Mass was presided over by Bishop Rafic Nahra, with whom we collaborate in the Vicariate in Nazareth, as well as Bishop G.B. Marcucco from Jerusalem, together with 10 priests. Our joy was even greater because we were able to celebrate with our Mother General, Sr.Angela Marie and Sister Lucyna, and with the many Sisters and Brothers from various Congregations serving in the Holy Land. Our friends and parishioners were also present.
In the words of our Mother General, as well as in the homily of Bishop Rafic, the beauty of our charism and the importance of living it out in the Holy Land resounded. After the Holy Mass, we gathered for refreshments, warm encounters, and conversations with the guests who had come.
May God be praised for the gift of 150 years of our Congregation’s existence and for our service in the Holy Land.
