JESUS’ FOREVER…

FINAL VOWS CELEBRATIONS IN BOTH POLISH PROVINCES

In August, 2020, Sister Angela Marie Mazzeo, Superior General, took part in the ceremonies of final and first vows in both Polish provinces. It is a great joy for the entire Congregation that in our uncertain times our Sisters made the decision to dedicate their lives completely to God. Sr. Angela Marie, addressing the Sisters, emphasized that despite the uncertainty that accompanies us constantly, there has always been one constant in all this and it is the presence and power of God, who inspires our hope and deserves of our trust. It is to this always-present God that the Sisters are united forever.

WARSAW

On August 1 in Warsaw, in the provincialate, during the Mass at 11.00 our Sisters:

Sr. M. Franciszka – Katarzyna Mazur,

Sr. Marianna – Anna Maria Tarkowska

Sr. M. Karolina – Karolina Mateja made their final vows.

The Mass was celebrated Cardinal Kazimierz Nycz, Metropolitan of the Archdiocese of Warsaw, who gave also his homily. The ceremony was attended by: Sr. Teofania Migowska, Provincial Superior, with the Sisters from the provincial council, Superiors, Formators, Sisters from various communities, priests, families and invited guests of the sisters. The Sisters chose their mysteries:

Sr. M. Franciszka of the tender love and goodness of God and Mary

Sr. Marianna of Jesus and the Mother of Mercy

Sr. M. Karolina of the Pierced Heart of Jesus

Sr. Angela Marie, addressing the Sisters, said, among other things: The vocation to Nazareth is a precious gift for you and for our Congregation. It is a gift that needs be continually nurtured and treasured. And while we know that this God’s gift to us, I am certain that God is awaits this moment also, when His beloved freely chooses Him over all else and makes of herself a gift back to Him.

CRACOW

On August 8, 2020, in the provincialate in Cracow, Sr. M. Natalia Wejnerowska made her final vows to God on the hands of Sr. Angela Marie. Sister chose the mystery of God’s Presence.

The ceremony was presided over by Bishop Daniel Muskus from Cracow, and attended by Sr. Paula Szuba, Provincial Superior with her council, Superiors, Formators, Sisters from various communities, invited priests, family and friends of Sister Natalia.

Sister Angela Marie, thanking for the gift of life and vocation of Sister Natalia, said: Let us give thanks to God who uses everything in our lives, both the joys and the sorrows, for our good. Let us ask our Lord to bless this Sister, and all those she holds dear in her heart, especially the family who is with her now, so that their her will always give witness to the love and goodness of God, and in this way draws others to Him.
