RELICS OF OUR MARTYRS IN RUSSIA

On December 8 in Russia, in the city of Chelyabinsk, the solemn introduction of the relics of the Blessed Martyred Sisters of Novogrodek took place. The parish in Chelyabinsk on that day celebrated its patronal feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Relics of our Martyred Sisters were brought in a solemn procession at the beginning of the Mass.

Earlier, Sr. Regina recounted the story of our Blessed Sisters.

The relics came to the parish from Rome, in response to the request of Fr. Jan Wysocki and Fr. Sergei Bildis, who are expanding the Cult of the Martyrs of Novgorodek and believe that they came to serve Russia through their intercession. The ceremony was attended by three CSFN Sisters: Sr. Regina and Sr. Bernadette from Orsk, and Sr. Marianna from Shchuchinsk (Kazakhstan), who brought the relics from Rome.

The Mass was followed by a joint prayer for the cause of the Blessed and the veneration of their relics.

Parishioners thanked the Sisters that now such good Patronesses will support families in their parish.
